The Paulding County Industrial Building Authority (IBA) was created in 1962 to advance and promote trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities. It works closely with the County, Paulding Chamber of Commerce and Paulding County Economic Development to enhance the area’s economic vitality.
As a transactional body, the IBA supports the development and expansion of industrial and commercial facilities in Paulding County. It holds the power to award grants and bonds; buy, sell and lease property; recruit targeted industries; and coordinate infrastructure, construction and improvements to facilities.
